Located in a private, peaceful woodland setting, Salemhaven is a privately owned not-for-profit, 110-bed skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Salemhaven is Medicaid and Medicare Certified and provides general medical and 24-hour nursing care as well as a number of specialized programs and services to our residents. Choosing the right setting for a relative, a friend - or even yourself - isn’t always easy.
