Salemhaven is proud to offer our residents comfortable semi-private and private residential rooms which are beautifully decorated in a traditional design. A spacious dining area, beauty salon, activity rooms, family meeting rooms and chapel all contribute to the quality of life for our residents. Our warm, friendly atmosphere and caring staff of professionals and volunteers help to make our visitors and residents feel at home.

Salemhaven is a 110-bed long term care and skilled nursing facility. Level of care will determine coverage through Medicare (A/B), medicare supplemental insurances, medicaid and private pay.

Skilled Nursing Services
Salemhaven offers comprehensive nursing services, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Our highly skilled nursing staff provides and individualized plan of care for each resident to include restorative nursing, wound care and prevention, IV Therepy, pain management, falls risk reduction, nutritional support, hospice services, discharge planning and cognitive behavioral management. The nursing staff also provides support for education for residents and their families.
