Rehabilitation:
Salemhaven is a 110-bed long term care and skilled nursing facility, with 16 beds in our Rehabilitation Unit. Level of care will determine coverage through Medicare (A/B), medicare supplemental insurances, medicaid and private pay. Salemhaven's care is graciously rendered by a professional staff trained to maintain Salemhaven Nursing Home standards. We offer a complete range of specialized health services, including occupational, speech, and physical therapy.

Skilled Nursing Services
Salemhaven offers comprehensive nursing services, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Our highly skilled nursing staff provides and individualized plan of care for each resident to include restorative nursing, wound care and prevention, IV Therepy, pain management, falls risk reduction, nutritional support, hospice services, discharge planning and cognitive behavioral management. The nursing staff also provides support for education for residents and their families.

Salemhaven staff consist of a broad range of professionals that specialize in assisting and supporting residents to reach their optimal levels of independence through their individualized plan of care. The team is comprised of:
